Where We Ship

Rhone and Chillers

We offer free shipping on our Rhone ice bath and chillers to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland

Accessories

We currently offer free shipping on accessory orders of €99.99 / CHF 99.99 or more to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland

We currently offer free shipping on accessory orders of €199.99 / CHF 199.99 or more to the following countries:

Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Sweden

For orders below the applicable minimum order value for free shipping, a shipping fee applies.

Shipping Carrier

We use DHL for all our deliveries. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times are generally:

3 – 8 business days depending on the destination
Remote or rural areas may require additional time

Please note that during high-demand periods or holidays, handling delays may occur. We will notify you promptly if there are any unexpected issues.

Customs & Import Duties

We ship from an EU warehouse. Therefore, for deliveries to EU countries, customs clearance fees and import duties do not apply.

For deliveries to Switzerland, shipping, customs clearance fees and import duties are included.

For other countries outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Delivery Conditions

Deliveries are made curbside only. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.
If the delivery cannot be completed due to absence or inaccessibility, redelivery fees may apply. We reserve the right to charge the customer for additional delivery attempts.
All items ship in sturdy cardboard boxes
